Acclaim
“Made by one of Portugal’s exceptionally talented female winemakers, Sandra Tavares da Silva, at her parent’s wine estate near Lisbon, this succulent, juicy white is a perfect pour with salads and grilled fish.”
— Bloomberg, Mar 2021
“Lisboa is the home of Arinto, and in this wine it shines with complete freshness and crispness. The vivacious character of the wine is refreshing; it just needs a few months to settle down.” (Best Buy)(Best of Year 2019)

Wine Production

A slow fermentation taking 27 days allows for the development of floral and citrus aromoatics and the 5 months on the lees softens the bracing acidity of the Arinto grape.
