Sauvignon Blanc Collio DOC 2011

Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Collio region famous for producing aromatic wines with great depth and acidity. After the harvest the wine is fermented in stainless steel vats for a few months and then released from the winery.

Tasting Notes

This delicate Sauvignon Blanc offers aromas of dried apple, peach and fresh citrus followed by a touch of fresh herbs and mineral through the finish.

Food Pairing

Lovely as an aperitif or paired with shellfish starters or antipasti.
