Passadouro Ruby Reserva is made from grapes that are foot-trodden and fermented in a traditional granite lagar. The wine matures for five years in 40-year-old Portuguese oak. This extended aging period results in an exceptionally complex Ruby Port.
A deep ruby red in color, this intensely aromatic Port is full-bodied with youthful freshness and beautiful fruit.
Excellent with cheese, chocolate, or on its own as an aperitif or after-dinner drink.
