Bianco di Morgante

Bianco di Morgante

Enimgatic, eccentric, and unexpected, Bianco di Morgante is a white wine vinified entirely from Nero d'Avola, Sicily's most noble red grape. The grapes for this wine are pressed gently and matured in stainless steel tanks to retain their fresh aromas.

Tasting Notes

Golden yellow in color, with aromas of pineapple and citrus fruits complemented by undertones of lemon zest and caramel corn. On the palate, this white wine is fruit-forward with some tannic grip (it's made from red grapes after all), a balanced acidity, and a lingering finish.

Food Pairing

Pair with almost any fish ranging from crudo to grilled, with alfredo sauces, risottos, roasted chicken, and spaghetti alla puttanesca.
