An unprecedented blend of 50% Riesling, 20% Chardonnay, 20% Aromatic Traminer and 10% Sauvignon Blanc grown in estate vineyards located up to 2,200 feet above sea level. The grapes are harvested separately because they ripen in different periods. The Chardonnay is barrel fermented, while the others are fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Following their individual fermentations the wines are blended and matured on the lees for five to eight months before being bottled. Manna is aged in bottle for four months before it is released.
