MadFish Chardonnay

MadFish Chardonnay

Wine Description

The MadFish Unwooded Chardonnay is a blend of several regions across South Western Australia. Each region delivers fruit with different flavour profiles that contribute beautifully to the final blend. Each parcel is fermented separately to allow the winemakers the challenge each year of blending each batch to find the right balance of fruit weight and consistent style.

Acclaim
“Sporting a green-tinged golden hue, this is an opulent, aromatic Chardy with heady fruit notes of grilled peaches, melon, ginger and seashell. The palate is rich and round with creamy, nougaty flavors, more melon and stone fruit. It may be a highly fruity style but it never feels flabby. This was crafted in a is a commercial and crowd-pleasing manner.” – (Best Buy) — Wine Enthusiast, Dec 2023
“White apricot, sliced apple, wet stone and white grapefruit here. Medium-bodied, clean and straightforward, with fresh acidity. Easygoing chardonnay.”
— James Suckling, Oct 2022
