Bloody Shiraz Gin

Gin

Gin combined with Yarra Valley grapes? What began as an experiment — steeping Four Pillars’ original Rare Dry Gin with local cool-climate Shiraz grapes — has evolved into a cult favorite. The result is a striking balance of rich, sweet fruit and the classic structure of gin, a uniquely Australian expression that bridges the worlds of wine and spirits.

Tasting Notes

Each year, cool-climate Shiraz grapes from the Yarra Valley are steeped in high-proof Rare Dry Gin for eight weeks before being pressed and blended back with additional Rare Dry Gin. The result is a spirit with a deep, rich, reddish-purple hue. Aromatically, it displays fresh pine needles, citrus, and spice, layered with distinct peppery notes and dense raspberry fruit.
