Wine Description

Made from 100% Sangiovese grown in the Ramitello and Martarosa vineyards and hand-harvested in October, this wine is aged in stainless steel and large oak barrels for six months to achieve greater smoothness and softness while preserving the supple fruit-forward characteristics of Sangiovese.

Acclaim
“A fruity and pleasant sangiovese with plum and cherry character, hints of cream and a spicy finish.”
— James Suckling, Nov 2017
“Aromatic, with mocha and spice accents, this lightly juicy red is medium-bodied and creamy, offering dark, brambly berry and cherry flavors and notes of dried marjoram and smoke. Soft and creamy on the modest finish.”
— Wine Spectator, Dec 2016
