Wine Production

Select lots of Cabernet Sauvignon are blended to develop complexity before aging in primarily stainless steel tanks. A small portion of the wine is aged in seasoned French and American oak barrels to impart a light oak characteristic while allowing the wine to stay true to its varietal character and retain its approachable, fruit-forward style.

Tasting Notes

Exquisite dark fruit aromas gracefully emanate from the glass, carrying hints of spice and invigorating eucalyptus. Luscious blackberry, vibrant raspberry, and succulent boysenberry flavors are heightened by nuances of vanilla, rich espresso, and decadent baker's chocolate.
