Chateau Pavillon de Boyrein Blanc N/V

Boyrein's name took its origin from the Pontacq's (famous owner family in the XVIth century and formely known as the Boyrein Barons). Chateau Pavillon de Boyrein was created in 1877 by Arnaud Dupperain. It was in 1965 that current owner Mr. Bonnet purchased it. The vineyards being an ancient hunting area for Pope Clement V.

Tasting Notes

Bright pale yellow with a floral bouquet of intense citrus fruit. A lively wine, with good fruit, not agressive, very rounded, long with acidity on the finish.
