Saint Cosme Crozes Hermitage

Syrah/Shiraz & Syrah/Shiraz-based Blends

St. Cosme Crozes Hermitage is a multidimensional Syrah sourced from the granitic slopes of the Erôme, Gervans and Larnage vineyards. Unlike it's distant cousin from the North, Côte-Rôtie, the Crozes Hermitage enjoys a Mediterranean influence with quite a bit of sun and ample rain.  Elements that are wholeheartedly identifiable in the glass.

Tasting Notes

The St. Cosme Crozes Hermitage displays an impressive nose of smoky black pepper and black currant. The palate bursts with flavors of cocoa and ripe, red fruits.

Food Pairing

A wonderful accompaniment to rack of lamb and mint sauce.
