Château de Saint Cosme Les Deux Albion Rouge

Côtes du Rhône-Les Deux Albion bottle image

Wine Description

Château de Saint Cosme Côtes du Rhône ‘Les Deux Albion’ is sourced from vineyards that carry the same name in the quaint communes of Plan de Dieu, Saint Maurice sur Aigues and Cairanne. Rich in clay and limestone, these vineyard plots speak to the classic attributes of the final wine—balanced, straightforward, and full. The hand-harvested bunches are co-fermented with indigenous yeasts followed by refinement in concrete vats for 18 months; a technique employed and passed down by the ancestors of the estate. This Château de Saint Cosme cuvée is bottled unfiltered, allowing the terroir to speak for itself.
