Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and grown in the Coniale vineyard at an average altitude of 1,500 feet above sea level. This low-yielding plot produces only one ton of fruit per acre and showcases how meticulous vineyard work creates a layered, complex wine.
Dark ruby red in color, this Cabernet has intense aromas of blackberries and cassis with hints of cedar and leather on the nose. On the palate the wine is full-bodied and rich with refined tannins which linger into a finish characterized by unfolding layers of complexity.
Pair this wine with grilled steaks, bordelaise sauces, Bistecca alla Fiorentina, or leitão.
