Enrique Mendoza Santa Rosa Reserva

Santa Rosa Reserva bottle image

Wine Description

The Santa Rosa Reserva commemorates founder Enrique Mendoza Cortes’ mother, Rosa Cortes Devesa. She instilled in him a passion for grape growing and winemaking that is still evident today. The wine is a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 15% Shiraz. The smallest, ripest bunches are specially selected for pressing, and after fermentation the wines spends 18 months in new French oak barrels.
