In “Sustainable Sips for Earth Day,” Paul Zahn visits the host of Daytime Chicago with some cocktails for Earth Day. He brings ARBIKIE Nàdar Gin and explains it’s the “world’s first climate positive gin… and Nadar in Gaelic means nature… and it’s distilled from peas because if you distill from wheat you use a synthetic fertilizer… but with the peas… it’s climate positive.” He then makes a cocktail with sweet peas which the host samples and enjoys.
