Casablanca

The Casablanca Valley is located between Santiago and the country’s major seaport, Valparaiso. Considered Chile’s first cool-climate region, the maritime influence in the valley moderates average temperatures and generates perfect conditions for white varieties like Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, as well as slow-ripening red varieties like Pinot Noir. Wines from this region have a cool, crisp freshness and intense aromatics.
