Moscato d'Asti DOCG 2012

Vintages:

Wine Description

Made from the highly aromatic Moscato grape, this classic Piedmontese sparkler is produced using the Charmat method. Fresh and fruity, this dessert-style wine is always best enjoyed very soon after release.

Tasting Notes

Straw-yellow in color, this wine shows lively aromas of fresh grapes, honey, white flowers and orange blossoms. Rich and sweet but rounded by brisk acidity.  The moderate alcohol makes it a natural for any brunch entree on the menu.

Food Pairing

This lovely and well-balanced sparkler makes a great choice for almond cookies or fresh fruit.
