Winebow

Reserva Bonarda 2011

Vintages:

Wine Description

Made from 100% Bonarda grown in Lujan de Cuyo, this wine is true to its varietal. Bonarda is quickly becoming a main grape in Argentina, second only to the country's star, Malbec. Originally from Italy, this grape flourishes and pairs well with a variety of foods.

Tasting Notes

An aristocratic wine of deep carmine red color. The nose displays aromas of red fruits such as cherries and raspberries, mixed with hints of chocolate and coffee, delivered by its oak ageing. Mouthfell shows personality, great structure and a persistent aftertaste.

Food Pairing

Pairs well with grilled chicken, pasta with tomato based meat sauce or ragout.
