Winebow Continues "Buy and Build" Strategy by Acquiring Boston Wine Company

NEW JERSEY, June 15, 2006 - Leonardo LoCascio, President and CEO of Winebow, Inc., and Freeman Spogli & Co. announced today the acquisition of Somerville, MA-based Boston Wine Company, Ltd.

Winebow Acquired Mid-State Distributors Expanding Distribution Network into Connecticut

NEW JERSEY, January 20, 2006 - Leonardo LoCascio, President and CEO of Winebow, Inc., today announced the acquisition of Wallingford, CT-based Mid-State Distributors, LLC. The acquisition is part of a dynamic new growth strategy for Winebow as the company seeks to expand distribution and offer customers a wider selection of high quality/great value wines from around the world.

New Jersey Business Magazine names Winebow among the Finest Companies in the State for the year 2002

We are very pleased to announce that as part of their "New Jersey's Finest" program, NJBIZ (New Jersey Business Magazine) has named Leonardo LoCascio and Winebow among the Finest Companies in the State for the year 2002.

Each year, the New Jersey's Finest programs honors 25 leading privately held companies. The program is sponsored by PNC bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Prudential Insurance, and Norris McLaughlin and Marcus law firm. In conjunction with the Magazine's editors, these companies select the winners. Past winners have included some success stories like Dendrite International and New England Motor Freight. Winners come from all fields of business and represent the best of the best of the state's privately held companies. It has been emphasized that competition is tough.
