Three men have joined together - Monsieur Cretien, whose "basse tige" orchards produce exceptional fruit; Monsieur deBoever, who is also known as Monsieur "Pomme," the highly regarded apple expert and consultant who has helped shape the orchard practices; and Monsieur Meslon, whose small distillery slowly turns out the fine double distilled (in alambic stills) Calvados from the Pays d'Auge.
