Mandorla

Grape pomace brandy is obtained by an infusion of Acquavite di Vinaccia Bianca and bitter almond and rounded with distilled cherry juice. It is pale straw yellow in color with golden reflections. Distinct almond nuances come through on the nose. Intense and dry on the palate with a slightly sweet aftertaste and is 50% alcohol by volume.
