Acqua di Cedro Liqueur

"The noble cousin of limoncello" best describes this traditional citron flavored drink. Cedro comes mainly from the Lake Garda area and only its skin is used. It is transparent and crystalline with a distinct citrus aroma - sweet with predominate lemon flavors, but with a really dry aftertaste that allows it to be a delicate occasional drink. Serve chilled or mixed in a cocktail. The alcohol content is 29% by volume.
