Sarpa di Poli Riserva

The pomace used is 60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet. After distillation, this grappa is aged for 4 years in 225 liter Allier barriques. Its aromas are rich in exotic fruit, lemon, licorice and vanilla. Its taste is full, rich and mouth filling.
