Po' Pinot di Poli

A grappa from a very ancient grape variety with origins dating back to the Roman Empire. This noble vine produces some of the most famous red wines in the world. From the hills of Marostica, it rests upon thick rock where the soil is dry and light. Pinot's pomace is distilled fresh as soon as it arrives at the distillery.
