Jacopo Poli Arzente 

A fine 10 year old wine brandy made from Trebbiano di Soave. Trebbiano is a wine with a fine and delicate aroma. Low in alcohol and tannin, its high acidity renders it ideal for production of a wine brandy. Arzente's aromatic complexity is due to gentle distillation in copper pot stills followed by 10 years of aging, 7 of which are in Slavonian oak casks, 3 in Limousin barrels and 2 months in 55 gallon casks of Allier.
