Terranoble

Reserva Pinot Noir 2009

Wine Description

Terranoble's new Pinot Noir Reserva is a coastal Pinot Noir of the New World that hopes to offer a totally modern style where the fruit and freshness are the center of the wine. The Casablanca Valley, where the grapes are grown, is a semi-cold valley with excellent ventilation coming from the sea, producing a very slow maturation and giving the wine a perfect balance. The wine is aged in barriques ranging from new to 3-years-old, for 8 months, followed by an additional 4 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes

This bright, medium ruby-red Pinot Noir shows delicious notes of woodland berries, red cherries and floral perfume. Medium-bodied and dry on the palate, this wine has perfect structural balance with medium, fine-grained tannins and a slightly peppery finish-- a beautiful and elegant value wine!
