Classic Sauvignon Blanc 2009

Wine Description

Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc harvested in March from various vineyards in the Central Valley. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks for two months prior to release from the winery.

Tasting Notes

Pale lemon-green in color, this Sauvignon Blanc shows intensely aromatic notes of lemon citrus, pineapple and fresh cut grass. On the palate, it is brimming with citrus green apple notes along with vibrant acidity and a long finisha perfect wine for vegetable-based entrees such as fresh salads or grilled tilapia.
