Wine Description

Made from 75% Corvina Veronese and 25% Rondinella grapes grown in the Valpolicella zone. The grapes are manually harvested in early October and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks so as to preserve the fresh, young fruit character.

Tasting Notes

Dark ruby-red in color with aromas of red berry fruits and almonds. This dry and elegant wine has flavors of cherries and prunes. Pair with pasta, seasonal soups, bruschetta, ham and sausages.
