Wine Description

Corte Giara Soave is made from 80% Garganega and 20% Chardonnay. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, the wine is refined for three months in tank and for four months in bottle. It is ready to be enjoyed upon release.

Tasting Notes

Bright, straw-yellow in color with greenish highlights, Corte Giara Soave is gentle, fresh, and well-rounded with expressive aromas of apple, mineral and  floral notes. Dry yet deliciously fruity, it is best enjoyed with fresh vegetables, fish appetizers, Asian cuisine or risotto with fresh spring herbs.
