Wine Description

This is a fresh and fruity wine made from 100% Chardonnay, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. It is refined five months in tanks and two months in bottle to preserve its varietal character and freshness.

Tasting Notes

Straw-yellow in color with golden reflections, Corte Giara Chardonnay offers generous aromas of ripe apples and pears. This is a refreshing and crisp Chardonnay, making it the ideal choice for salmon marinated in dill, couscous with oriental flavors or artichokes.
