Chardonnay Riserva della Famiglia Piemonte DOC 2004

Wine Description

Made from 100% Chardonnay, selected from vineyards with the healthiest, ripest grapes, and hand-harvested to 20 kg crates. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in barriques for eight days, followed by aging on the lees for 20 months which adds creaminess and depth to the wine.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant gold in color, with mineral and flint notes coming through on the nose. On the palate, the wine is intense and refined. Pairs well with seafood risotto or ossobuco.
