Wine Description

This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes is aged for one year in French oak, producing a deeply-colored red with nice concentration of berry fruit. Wild fruits and pepper flavors, with a touch of vanilla are found on the nose. Excellent balance between the fruit and the oak. Soft, but persistent tannins.
