Wine Description

Made from 100% Barbera, this wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks for ten days, and aged in new barriques for 16 months.

Tasting Notes

Dark ruby in color, this Barbera offers aromas of red cherries, herbs and pine, with a hint of balsamic. On the palate, it is rich with a lingering aftertaste. It is best paired with veal or roasted pork tenderloin.
