Wine Description

Made from 70% Corvina Veronese and 30% Rondinella, picked at optimum ripeness at the end of September. Once fermentation in stainless steel tanks is complete, the wine is matured for 20 months in wood for extra richness and finesse.

Tasting Notes

Intense ruby red in color, this Amarone has aromas of ripe cherry and prune and flavors of red berries, cocoa, and vanilla. Smooth and well-balanced, this wine pairs well with braised meats and wild game.
